License for Quiet Flex

By purchasing or accessing Quiet Flex, you agree to these terms.

Personal use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Quiet Flex materials for your own professional development.

All videos, exercises, frameworks, templates, tools and Notion workspaces are for your individual use only.

You may not reproduce, share, resell, distribute, publish or commercially exploit the materials, in whole or in part, or use them to create or deliver your own products, courses, workshops or services.

Intellectual property

All Quiet Flex content, including its original frameworks, materials, videos, copy, templates and tools, remains the intellectual property of Hannah Sosovicka.

Purchasing Quiet Flex gives you a licence to use the materials; it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

Access may be revoked in cases of material misuse or unauthorised distribution.

Digital access

Quiet Flex is a self-paced digital product. After purchase, you receive access to the course materials and Quiet Flex workspace as described on the purchase page.

A free Notion account may be required to use the Quiet Flex workspace.

Refunds and withdrawal rights

Because Quiet Flex provides immediate access to digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
